Gradle build failure from source #255

Steps to reproduce:
git clone https://github.com/microg/UnifiedNlp
cd UnifiedNlp
./gradlew build

Error:
Can't compile source code with Gradle

Configure project :compat
Evaluating project ':compat' using build file 'C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\UnifiedNlp\compat\build.gradle'.

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

Where:
Build file 'C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\UnifiedNlp\compat\build.gradle' line: 11
What went wrong:
A problem occurred evaluating project ':compat'.

C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\UnifiedNlp\local.properties (The system cannot find the file specified)

Same issue here, (tested on multiple systems).
