[dask] Add LightGBM logo to Dask homepage

Summary

This came up on the Dask community call today (#141). I mentioned that the first release with lightgbm.dask is now out, and it was suggested that we try to add LightGBM's logo to https://dask.org/, in the section with a list of projects that have Dask integrations built-in.

I'm going to submit a pull request to https://github.com/dask/dask.github.io to add LightGBM. Just documenting here in an issue for visibility.
