Describe the bug
[A clear and concise description of the bug]

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a Python project in 17.13 Preview 5
  2. Type some Python code, wait for copilot ghost text to show up
  3. Hit tab to accept the edit.

Error window shows up every time.
