I need to double press the Alt Key shortcut key open the "PowerToys Run" #30732

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Currently, it is not supported to bind double [ Ctrl Shift Win Alt ] as shortcut keys

Scenario when this would be used?

This is a faster way to open "PowerToys Run" ,

Would you mind adding a bit more clarification? You can currently add any combination of Win, Ctrl, Shift, and Alt when setting the shortcut for PowerToys Run /needinfo
