Steps to reproduce

New+ doesn't come up in any right-click context Menu. I'm currently using Windows 11 Enterprise OS Build: 22631.4249

✔️ Expected Behavior

New+ should work as it is developed.

❌ Actual Behavior

New+ doesn't come up in any right-click context Menu.

it is not working for me when i am using the legacy context menu registry change

OS Version: Windows 11 Pro Build 22631.4169
path of registry change: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\CLSID{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}\InprocServer32

If New+ doesn't show up initially, what worked for me was first a reboot, then right click in a folder white area. From the context menu select 'Show More Options', Then select the 'New+' from there, selected the Example Folder. Once it does this and places the example folder the first right-click context menu now shows the 'New+' PowerToys option under Properties.

This is on Windows 11 Pro. Hope this helps others.

Same here.

Restarted many times after installing 85.0 last week and after 85.1, it's still missing. No entry for New+ appears in the full context menu, no matter where I right click.

for some reason it started working for me just now. all i did is let my laptop hibernate multiple times and it just decided to work.
