Error thrown when connecting to Keysight oscilloscope

Hi,

So when trying to use the KeysightInfiniium driver to connect to the oscilloscope, I get this error thrown:

Not entirely sure what's going on. I tried increasing the timeout value of the oscilloscope to an indefinite period but still end up with this error.

Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

It fails when asking specific commands. I don't think this is a general connection issue because you get the reply of IDN back (which is what prints the model number) The first command that fails is :ACQ:BAND:TESTLIMITS?

As far as I can see you are using an older model of the oscilloscope than this driver is written for. If may be that the commands are very different or that specific commands are just different or changed. I would recommend looking at the manual and perhaps compare to the Infiniuum manuals to see if some of the commands have changed
