MissingAssemblyFiles.htm used to be ref'd. That is old and has been commented out. #142

CheckReportViewer() in sqlnexus.DependencyManager used to do the check and would show the htm file. That has been commented out.

MissingAssemblyFiles.htm is still in the project.

That file has warning about Report viewer "10" not installed
