Nexus Failing to Import Decimal Numbers - Decimal Separator Comma #361

On machines where decimal separator is comma, Nexus is failing to import decimal numbers, which end up as NULL.

I could easily reproduce the issue by changing decimal separator on Windows settings from point to comma and restarting.

Then, importing some data from Log Scout.
