Release Notes

Includes support for the 1703 XDK and some other cleanup that should result in an easier time building.

Please note that to build and run the unit test projects (*.Tests.csproj) we still require a version of Visual Studio that support Microsoft Fakes. We recommend Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise Edition.
