Publish an app to external group, but its uploading to internal group #339

Hi Team - we are publishing an app to an external group of test flight but somehow it is uploading to an internal testing group.

attached is the configuration snapshot:

we have ensured that the API key id has the app manager permissions.

could you please help ?
