Describe the bug

Go to the Settings page, expand About, click the Windows Software License Terms link, and it will take you to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=529064, which is no longer available.

Expected behavior

Since Calculator is a Windows inbox app, it's ideal to link the license terms to ms-settings:about, where an terms is available.
