Chinese punctuation marks are usually centered aligned in Taiwan. You can see the second and the third characters are centered aligned in both horizontal and vertical directions in Noto Sans CJK TC.
However, Cascadia Next TC doesn't do that. This makes the font look somewhat foreign to people who are used to the Taiwanese standard.
