in setting.yaml, prompt filename for community report is "prompts/community_report.txt"
I updated double braces '{{' to single { in "community_report.txt" but it still creating the json with double '{{'.

I had the same issue (graphrag.llm.openai.utils ERROR error loading json, json={{ "title": "Transformer Neural Networks and AI", ) and it was related to the double quoted generated community_reports. When I changed double quotes to single quotes in prompts/community_report.txt the error got resolved for me and i got "🚀 All workflows completed successfully." . So I might assume that the error in your case in the fact that you have "prompt": null . Probably there is an error in config reading.
