teleport_test sometimes failing - Minecraft not rendering until agent moves #559

Since upgrading to Minecraft 1.11, occasionally, after a teleport (or at the start of the mission), Minecraft doesn't render the scene - just a solid blue background.
Moving the agent / changing yaw/pitch etc forces a refresh, but this issue is sufficient to break the teleport integration test.
