Describe the bug

I'm trying to learn about how to develop in this repo. Solutions to build, etc. The CONTRIBUTING.md file has several links to documents that do not exist, including:

  1. Setup and build environment
  2. Source code structure
  3. Coding style and conventions

Issue #8677 has a similar link as number 1 above for WinUI2, but that file also does not exist.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Open the README.md file in the repo root.
  2. Scroll down to the Contributing to WinUI
    section.
  3. Click on the following link:
For information on how to contribute, please see Contributing to WinUI.
  4. Scroll down to the Code contribution process section
  5. Click on the following links:

Observe that the target files do not exist.

Expected behavior

It's expected that these files linked-to from the README.md file into CONTRIBUTING.md document would exist.

It's probably because they don't want anyone to contribute to this repo. They are not accepting merge requests.

The links should still be fixed, though. Also, it would still be useful to read the documents in order to better understand the code.
