tedious channel to support mssql

I see some work was done a while back that depends on a channel implementation in this repo: https://github.com/microsoft/ApplicationInsights-node.js/tree/markwolff/add-tedious-subs

Any chance work will continue on this effort?

I'd like to add our support for this. Whilst we're on a cloudwards journey, many legacy systems with which we interact still have their mssql backend. This is thus a bit of a missing feature for us in Application Insights, which we're otherwise finding to be a good tool

When adding Application Insights to a C# project, it adds the support to monitor MSSQL Server as a dependency. Would be great if support for the mssql/tedious channel was added to the NodeJS version. Actually disappointing that other DB channels was supported before the native Microsoft databases...
