When setting a global colour for the border of all the visuals, this works fine when setting a HEX code and then importing the theme in Power BI Desktop.
If we use the "ThemeDataColor" object, it always imports a black line instead of the theme colour.
@OscarValerock - thanks for raising this issue. I can stop trying to figure out a syntax that will never work.
Reminds me of the issue I raised in Desktop a while back where RGBA format would not apply to borders but HEX format would. I wonder if it's the same thing.
@OscarValerock - ColorId 0 is white; ColorId 1 is black; and ColorId 2 is theme color #1
If your theme color #1 is a dark color like brown or red, and you asked for it to be 25% darker, it may very well appear as black on your screen.
