React native installed but build keeps failing

i've tried:
-changing build.gradle, changing gradle file in gradle-wrapper.properties (gradle 8.3 to 7.6),
-invalidate cache, changing ports
and these don't work.

The following is the error message. I hope someone can help:

Issue solved.

I had to reinstall everything. There was a time when everything in react native just refused to work. I couldn't find out what was the actual problem.
