Motivation behind this._

What is the motivation for using the this qualifier for field names with underscore prefix in the name, for example this._fieldname in c#?
Usually, I expect to see this or _ prefix, but not both at the same time.

The use of this._fieldname is part of a common coding standard across Microsoft SDKs. We aim for consistency so that users have a familiar experience across different codebases.

Since the language allows defining both public and private fields, having both this. and _ helps clearly distinguish between them. For SK specifically, we don't use public fields, but this convention still reinforces the separation between internal fields and other variables.

Personally, if I had to choose, I might drop the _, but like all coding standards, it's subjective. The key point is that the SK codebase follows the broader Microsoft conventions, ensuring consistency.

Thank you for the explanation, I suppose this is more prominent here because this repo is under microsoft/ in github, while runtime/aspnetcore/aspire not.
