Describe the bug
Changing the LogLevel of Semantic Kernel to Warning doesn't affect actual logging and I still have Info logging.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'appsettings.json'
  2. Set
"Logging": {
    "LogLevel": {
      "Default": "Information",
      "Microsoft.AspNetCore": "Warning",
      "Microsoft.SemanticKernel": "Warning"
    }
  }
  1. Run KernelFunction.InvokeAsync
  2. See Info logs

Expected behavior
Log level should affect SK logging
