Installation diff between "TSP extension" and "CLI" in E2E scenario

Kind of nit picky, but when creating a TypeSpec project with the CLI using tsp init you are given the following command line question to Update the Libraries:

Whereas on the TypeSpec extension in VSCode I think it gives a clearer output to Install libraries:

These Environment setups(CLI, TSP ext.) were run in the same dev-container, and I would expect similar prompting at each step.
