Newly created database is not listed when connecting to MongoDB database

Repro Steps:

1. Expand a web app -> Right-click to databases node -> Click "Add Database Connection to Web App" -> Select MongoDB account -> Create a new Database.
2. Right-click to databases node -> Click "Add Database Connection to Web App" -> Select MongoDB account.
3. Check whether newly created database is listed.

Expect:
Newly created database is listed.

Actual:
Newly created database is not listed when connecting to MongoDB database.

More Info:

1. Only lists database which created from Database extension.
   

2. Succeed to add the same database multiple times with different connection setting keys.

We're planning to replace this feature with a more robust solution in the near future, but can keep this open until that solution arrives.
