Hi @bdlawrence13, Is it possible for you to create a new FA and try deploying to that? I've heard that users have issues re-deploying to FAs sometimes. Unfortunately, this is a service issue that we can't really do much about. If that doesn't work, could you please share some screenshots of the error and some repro steps? |
I upgraded everything to most recent version. Here’s the output:
***@***.***
Steps:
1. Click the function app icon in the Azure section.
2. Click Deploy Function app.
3. Select subscription.
4. Select function app.
5. Wait a bit, then when the pop up comes select Deploy.
6. Code is built and deploy starts, but fails with error above.
Here’s what I get when I try to create a new function or new project for function app:

On another project, I get a different error. Here’s that error doing the deployment.
They are both elastic premium app service plans.
***@***.***
The only thing that has changed is the Azure Resource Extension version.
I created a new function app and tried to deploy the code from the first one I reported to it. And it gets the same error as above. Different, but still won’t deploy.
Thanks,
Brian.

Type: Bug
This extension updated. I'm now unable to deploy function apps. I've unistalled and reinstalled back to 0.9.9 and still getting error. I backed the function app extension up. No help. The error isn't infomrative. Just "Errorr occured". This is in projects that I've deployed many times, most recently in mid-November.
Extension version: 0.9.6
VS Code version: Code 1.96.2 (fabdb6a30b49f79a7aba0f2ad9df9b399473380f, 2024-12-19T10:22:47.216Z)
