I'm having an issue where I can't sign in to any directory. When i go to the Azure extension and want to create a resource it has this "Sign in to Directory..." option there. When i click it, this shows an option for a Directory that doesn't exist on this Azure account but there is no way to choose another one?
I have tried using the F1 menu and selecting a Directory there and also signing in to the specific Tenant there but in all cases it doesn't get added to this list and there seems to be now way around it?
I am logged in to my Azure account as shown at the bottom of the screen and I am certain the Tenant ID is different for that account and the one listed at the top, but I've obfuscated for posting here. I think I used that Default Directory some time ago but it is definitely not linked to this Azure account so what gives? Is there some settings cached somewhere I can clear ?

I realised this belongs in the Azure Resource extension issues now after a bit of digging so I'll close.
Additionally FYI, I found checking "Microsoft: Use Msal" fixed my issue and cleared the existing directory so I could use one attached to my account instead. I read here "microsoft/vscode-azureresourcegroups#935" that it was recently added so I guess they broke it with an update.
