createWorkItem types could be improved #139

The document type for createWorkItem looks like it could use some help. It seems like
JsonPatchDocument is either incorrect or incomplete.

document: VSS_Common_Contracts.JsonPatchOperation[]

would be seem to be a better choice for that argument.
