Features needed were removed from windows create doc

Summary

Was checking the getting started and saw:
If you're unsure, the docs for any given API provide a helpful comment indicating which features are required.

That was extrange since i was using the crate already and had to manually check the features or use the feature searcher provided here. When i reached the windows-sys the same message appeared and when checked in the doc the information not there for the functions at the bottom of the function definition but it appeared once i checked for older versions.

Why the features needed were removed? I think that they are good shortcut to see what is needed in Windows crate and i would like them to be there again since the other option takes more time.
