Is it possible to remove dependency on "Microsoft.UI.Xaml.2.7

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I am trying to install it on fresh pc after removing all the UWP apps using this command
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackage

I am trying to use Winget. It's failing with the given error

Add-AppPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF3, Package failed updates, dependency or conflict validation.

It's look like if we make it more lightweight, it will fix the #2435

Windows currently ships with old dependencies and WinGet requires newer ones so as a temporary workaround you'll have to either:

1. manually install the latest dependencies for WinGet to work.
2. update all built-in Windows apps via the Microsoft Store which will also update the dependencies to its latest versions

Microsoft.UI.Xaml.2.7 is a required dependency because it's what powers the App Installer GUI which updates the App Installer GUI to be inline with Windows 11's design guidelines.

Even if WinGet never required the Microsoft.UI.Xaml.2.7 dependency, you'll still run into errors with Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00.UWPDesktop where WinGet requires a newer version of the dependency instead of being on an older version of the dependency.

What you should do is exclude Desktop App Installer from being uninstalled and grab the latest App Installer build from Microsoft Store or GitHub Releases.

It's quite possible that running Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackage will also uninstall the dependencies because once you uninstall all built-in Windows apps - Windows will start to think that the dependency is no longer in use by any built-in Windows apps; therefore, Windows will allow the Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackage command to remove those unused dependencies.
