Tachidesk integration?

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Hypothetically speaking, I'm not trying to be cocky or anything, don't get me wrong, what is the idea of pulling manga from tachidesk's api and letting him read it, it doesn't seem like something that is extremely difficult to implement, what are your thoughts?

Actually, I have tried that already, and it works fine but it will take too much time to build the suitable ui for this so I moved it lower priority list because Im not getting much time lately.

@mienaiyami i see thats great to hear! are there nightly stuff that I can try it out? I dont mind ui

I dont have server setup for updates, I rely on raw data from github, and it will be hard (or just time consuming) to setup for nightly version so there isnt any as of now.
Besides, the test versions were totally UI less and only hardcoded links in backend so it would not have helped.
