Indicator for Manga not downloaded on mobile data

Describe your suggested feature

Sorry if I am breaking rules for formatting feature requests, I didn't see anything in the way of how to format these.

If the option to only download manga over wifi is enabled, and the user tries to download manga with a mobile data connection, the downloading icon next to each chapter spins infinitely, in the same way that it would be if multiple chapters were in queue to be downloaded, one after another.

It would be nice if there was an icon indicator for when a manga is not being downloaded due to not being on a wifi connection, such as the already existing one for connection drops, perhaps coloured orange and with this kind of icon instead of the current exclamation mark: “⚠”

Along with this, the option to force a download over data anyways would be nice, perhaps by clicking the download button once it has turned orange, seeing a popup indicating the download is not continuing due to not being on data, and having a "continue over mobile data" button for the chapter.

The download didn't fail rather it didn't start i.e. it's still queued for download hence why you also see the queued icon.
