Installed NSFW Extensions Should Remain Accessable & Receive Updates Even if NSFW Visibility is Off

Currently, if I install an nsfw-marked extension and then turn off the "NSFW (18+) sources" option, the extension disappears from my sources list and stops receiving updates. This behavior is frustrating because there is an extension that I use that is mostly sfw but is marked as NSFW because of minor or optional nsfw content.

Would be nice to allow installed nsfw extensions to still stay accessable and continue to receive updates even if nsfw visibility is turned off. This could work like an exception or a whitelist for nsfw-marked extensions that were already installed.

Other details

This forces me to keep the nsfw visibility option turned on which ends up showing me extensions that I don't want to see. A whitelist system would kinda useful to have.
