In particular, this allows updating to Exorcist v2, which contains an update for a vulnerability in minimist.
And set CI to run on 14 & 15.

This updates most of the dependencies to their latest versions, and bumps the supported Node versions (and versions on which CI runs).
In particular, this addresses a vulnerability in minimist that was present in pre-2.0.0 versions of Exorcist, and was fixed in Exorcist 2.0.0 here: thlorenz/exorcist#51
