Getting '403 Forbidden' when trying to download from Kemono

Is anyone else not able to download stuff from some artists on Kemono? I was downloading something just fine earlier but in the middle of the process I just started receiving '403 Forbidden' and couldn't download anything from that artist anymore. However, when I tried looking for other artists to download from when trying to see what was wrong I found that I could download their work. For example, I can't download anything from here: https://kemono.party/patreon/user/2430956 but I can download stuff from here: https://kemono.party/patreon/user/6592200 . I've tried everything in #2683 including turning off my VPN, so if anyone has some Idea as to what I can do to fix this I'd appreciate it.
