Nightly build release

Is it possible for you to make a nightly build release that corresponds to the latest commit within the repo? Personally I use chocolatey for gallery-dl, but sometimes I require the latest version that fixes an issue in a recent commit like now. I've had to build it myself before, but it would be much easier for myself and possibly others in the future if there was a nightly build readily available.

There are "nightly" builds available at https://github.com/mikf/gallery-dl/actions/workflows/executables.yml
And you could also run directly from source. The Python interpreter compiles its code on the fly.

Pardon the negligence. I looked into the actions before I made this post, but I suppose I didn't look hard enough. I guess I was looked at the tests as I did not even notice the executables action. Thank you very much, sorry for the trouble.
