not recognizing gallery

I have no idea how to use this because every time I try to see the version it constantly says "no module named gallery-dl" and I added python to my path but when I try to install a pip it says that it isn't recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file

Most Python programs can usually be run with python -m <module_name> <options>, so try

• python -m pip install -U gallery-dl
• python -m gallery_dl ...

(The module name for gallery-dl is gallery_dl with an underscore, since dashes are not allowed in module names. Both youtube-dl and yt-dlp have the same "problem".)

Adding C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\<python version>\Scripts\ to PATH might also help.
