Log empty results to a file

I use gallery-dl in batch download mode (-i file.txt), and it has a lots of links inside, so much in fact, that i cannot keep track of links which are dead (tag no longer exists on site, returns empty results, etc). if it doesn't already exists and i am just dumb, could there be a way to add a logger for dead results ?

I see the downloader already tells when there is no results to a given link, maybe have it be writtable to a file so one can check after to see what went wrong ?

I tried that, it breaks the tool

the -- makes it return an error message about arguments
and with only one "-", it doesn't download at all

Also want it to log only the empty/null results, else i still need to search through it all to find the problem

$ cat logfile.txt

Your text editor will also have a way to search through a file.

Okay so that way does work, didn't knew a filename for the log had to be specified

  --write-log FILE            Write logging output to FILE
