Request: petEffect

I see there's a chatEffect available; currently it's very underused, but modding will get involved in due course.

However, there's no petEffect. So when one pets a BonusMod hunting dog, the dog can say it jumps up and licks your face, but can't reflect that by granting "Licked By Dog" and boosting the dog-petter's morale.

I'd like to let the Big Friendly Dog do its thing. May we have a petEffect to go with the chatEffect?
