"Match by DID" not working #844

Hello!

If i get a call from a sip-trunk with the incoming rule "The call will be forwarded to" -> "Mach by DID" the call is hanging up
When i set "The call will be forwarded to" -> employee, it works as expected.
internal calls are working.

Any suggestions how i can make "Match by DID" work, without setting a forward-rule for every employee?

Analyze in sngrep what goes to INVITE when you receive a call. The To headers and the main INVITE line are interesting, and DID is taken from these headers.

A call from +06666666643 to extension 25 (+55320779810 is the number of the sip-trunk) look's OK from a beginners view:

The INVITE does not contain information on the internal number 25, which is why the functionality does not work.
Contact your communication service provider.
Perhaps you should use headers:

To: <sip:[email protected]:5060>
X-cid: [email protected]
P-Asserted-Identity: "06666666643" <sip:[email protected]>

This option is suitable if the number 25 can be unambiguously associated with any field of these headings.

If invite is INVITE sip:[email protected]:5060 SIP/2.0
and the head number is 55320779810,
how can I extract the 25 within mikopbx?
Are there any examples how to do this with headers?
Sorry, but I'm new to asterisk...

PS: meanwhile i changed the sip provider but the invite is similar.

SIP-1622040384 is the provider's identifier, which can be viewed in the browser's address bar when editing the provider.

Thank you for your patience,
I've read the docs you mentioned and tried various attempts with no luck.
The only thing which worked was:

[SIP-TRUNK-0F8D6C58-incoming-custom]
exten => _[0-9*#+a-zA-Z][0-9*#+a-zA-Z]!,1,NoOp(------)
    same => n,Dial(Local/25@internal-incoming)
    same => n,return

but i guess that's more than bad practice.

The last SIP-provider I tried sells mainly to reseller and operates in many countries in europe.
Maybe i'm missing something obvious, because dialing to internal DID is the basic function of a PBX.
