I don't know if this is the right place to report this issue, but I recently decided to give mcpelauncher a try, but when I selected my .apk, it was "not compatible with the launcher". The version of the .apk is from the Amazon Appstore, the store used on Amazon Kindle devices (They run a modified Android and still use .apk files), rather than Google Play. I am using the AppImage version of the launcher.

Do you really expect to run an arm amazon apk on a intel or amd system?
You can use the apk with the launcher on a raspberry Pi (2 or newer) or other linux arm pcs, but your pc is not an arm pc.
