Hi,
I don't find the acoustic model 'english' you wrote on the command
./montreal-forced-aligner/bin/mfa_align raw_data/LJSpeech/ lexicon/librispeech-lexicon.txt english preprocessed_data/LJSpeech

I tried using an existing acoustic model on MFA but got an error related to that your provided lexicon and the lexicon MFA uses is not the same.
