UI improvements in bucket replication rule view/edit

The Add replication rule screen has options like bandwidth, ReplicationMode, Health check duration etc


Expected Behavior

Bandwidth and other config options should be editabl/displayed for a bucket replication rule

Current Behavior

currently it does not show and no option to edit.

Possible Solution

use mc to update the rule

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1.Create 2 minio instances with buckets for replication
2. create a replication rule.
3. try to view/edit the replication rule.
4. bandwidth option is not displayed.
