Login page: Add an indication that LDAP is enabled

Expected Behavior

If LDAP is not loaded for any reason, like LDAP server is not reachable, it is not clear from the Console
login page that LDAP is not working and we are simply doing internal credentials

Current Behavior

No indication if we should enter a LDAP login or internal credentials
Just add an indication that the login is LDAP

Possible Solution

Add an icon or a text indicating this is a LDAP authentication
