[task] Break out the batch-generate and batch-framework files

As we add more job types to mc batch, we need to break out the details of each job type into their own, separate files.

• Split the mc batch generate command's Job Types section into separate files for each type
• Add links as needed in mc batch generate and the batch framework overview
