Looking at the potential to migrate older systems into Cloud Platform rather than Mod Platform

Problem description

We are looking of the viability of migrating one of our older systems from LAA Landing Zone over to Cloud Platform. One of the current blockers is the ability to run Oracle RDS in Cloud Platform. Understanding if this is possible and being able to link with LZ and Mod Platform will enable us to understand the way forward.
It's worth noting that the application itself is containerised and so an ideal candidate for being hosted on cloud platform except for the Oracle RDS database which is a dependency.
