Problem description

This is to provide monitoring for our application:

team name GPFD
application name Get Legal Aid Data
slack channel laa-get-payments-finance-data-alerts-non-prod
kubernetes secret name where the webhook url is stored: gpfd-service-alert-webhook-dev
severity level (warning/information) warning
