I know that Duck song/baby shark/diggy diggy hole/(insert meme song) here is very funny but after it being played 10+ times in a few days it becomes a bit silly.

Instead of banning etc, have it so that if a song has been played before, it is given a pre-weighting of downvotes so that the song selection is less abusable and repeatable

Probably falls under configuration - there is an option for the party to not repeat songs within a certain period of time, this was set to 30mins for SLAN, probably needs to be a few hours at least.
