Blurry text on Chrome Desktop #46

Not sure if it's me or my computer or what, but the text looks blurry (and weirdly, it looks less blurry at different page zooming). I had this mentioned before to me but it wasn't like this before.

I think this might be caused because the text is somehow scaled or the rendering is not being correctly displayed. It only happens on Chrome Desktop for me. (I have tried Firefox Desktop, Opera Desktop and Chrome Android and all of them have normal sharp text)
