Comments in documentation are showing up in man pages #199

Comments that were intended as an internal reference have started showing up in the man pages. They were intended to be hidden in the rendered man pages.

For example, from doc/vaulted-shell.1.md:

[comment]: # (WHEN MODIFYING THESE DOCS, ALSO UPDATE: vaulted-env.1.md and
vaulted-exec.1.md)

Perhaps something to do with the line wrapping?
