[feature request] implement VOC

I'm currently building some home automation and I want to set a custom night mode for my AVR which would also incorporate the voice setting. With the voice setting I am able to make dialogues better understandable (0 - 5). It works raw but I'd need it implemented because I use onkyo2mqtt for synching states to my apps and therefore a VOC implementation would be gnarly.

It's just values 0 - 5 and VOCQSTN.
