feat: kubectl switch - to go back to the previous configuration

this includes both context and namespace. we wont differentiate between the 2

functionally, any kubectl switch command will now have to save the current config to kubeconfig.old before selecting the new one
Then, kubectl switch - will just restore kubectl.old
