Year ago it worked fine on my previous pc windows 10. Now it saves some gibberish as filenames.
--restrict-file-names do nothing
--local-encoding=UTF-8 no works
unrecognised option `--local-encoding=UTF-8'
I'm using wget -m -np -r -R "index.html* http://apache_listing.com/folder/folder_in_cyrillic/
